Keep reading for an all-you-need-to-know list of facts on how to customize a catnip creation for your one-of-a-kind fur baby.
How it works:
1. Only 8 characters are allowed for customization.
2. Qualifying items are customized in your cart.
3. Customized items will not show in the shopping cart, but they will come with the specified customization.
4. If no customization name is listed at the time of purchase, your item will Not be customized.
5. If no customization Name Color is selected a color for the name lettering will be chosen for you.
6. We will adhere to your use of spaces and capitalization.
7. Customization does not cost extra at this time.
8. If you would like to make changes to your customization request you can email us at operations@catnipcreations.com and we will do our best to accommodate, but we do not may any promises or guarantees that your change request will be honored.
9. If you are not satisfied with your product you can request a refund at operations@catnipcreations.com. All refund requests must be submitted within 45 days of purchase.
